- Full payment or a deposit is required upon booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

- Guests must use reef-safe sunscreen to minimize environmental impact.
- The tour may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding and protect natural sites.

- Tours are subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellations due to bad weather, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- The operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.
